- Becca Starks, Director of Enterprise Accounts & Operations at KMK OD Careers, emphasized the importance of this partnership: “KMK is incredibly proud to partner with Black EyeCare Perspective in offering KMK Coaching scholarships to select optometry students that may need extra support in passing boards. We believe the combined mentorship of BEP with the educational expertise of KMK is a winning combination to not only pass boards but create amazing doctors.”

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – Black EyeCare Perspective, founded by optometrists Drs. Adam Ramsey and Darryl Glover, was designed, and created to cultivate and foster lifelong relationships between African Americans and the eyecare industry. Along with Drs. Essence Johnson (Executive Director), Jacobi Cleaver (Chief Program Officer) and Tiffany Humes (Business Transformation Manager), Black EyeCare Perspective is redefining the color of the eyecare industry 1% at a time by creating a pipeline for Black students into optometry.
