IMPACT HBCU welcomes students, educators, optometrists, industry partners, and community leaders to come together around a shared purpose of expanding access to eye care careers, with a dedicated focus on engaging and activating HBCU campuses. Through the IMPACT HBCU program, structured into three interconnected components, we collaborate directly with students, faculty, advisors, and campus leadership to build awareness, provide education, and create clear pathways into the profession inviting partners from all backgrounds to support and strengthen this mission.
